in that case its very likely due to some genetic disorder and its definitely not funny. lets just say its fictional and ignore any real science in this setting.
At this rate, I think that I'm going to wait until people report that there's any meaningful level of content in this before I can even bother to try it out.

This falls into the category of NOT ready for prime time..........the background and font choices are YIKES .....the content is nil to none the story has a decent premise but all you get is the starting prologue it could be decent or even good given time but this was released way too early ...still good luck hope you stick with it . Which is why I will reserve a review until there is something to review .
It is not considered possible for the xx or the xy genes that determine sex that are shared when the the fertilized eqq splits to change, therefore technically identical twins will always be of the same biological sex and a google search would certainly find instances where the laws of nature had been shattered even if it was only .1% of the time.

truue i feel by the time he like v0.5 i should have been v0.1, you know what i mean ? There is like nothing lol but the premise seems interesting tho so will see !

In all seriousness, the folder was probably changed to read only for no reason (happens sometimes with random folders) or you're not the administrator and the folder is locked to admins only (or in a location that requires admin access to write)

On the science side of things, Male and Female twins even if the dna matches exactly except for X or Y. They are Fraternal Twins. Sorry for Grammatical errors
Did ya try pressing the "delete" key? I hear that's a good trick in a pinch.
I had the same problem when testing this game for game play. The game just did not show up as a folder. Showed as an error. I have never been able to get it to work. Now, to the problem of getting it off of the HD. I used Winrar and compressed the folder to rar 5 format with the "delete original" flag set. It (winrar) did as was asked and then it was a simple matter of dragging the rar file to the trashcan. Hope this helps.
EDIT=- It seems that Pusilanimous is correct. I tested extraction with 7zip and it did work with no errors. Probably is a Winrar problem. I have used winrar since it first came out and have never had any extraction probs. When Winrar made the file the OS could not see it and reported that the file does not exist even though the folder was there and appeared normal. The creator should,. perhaps, check the flags set when compressed.

I had a similar issue, using winrar the game would corrupt on extraction. Extracting it with 7zip caused it to extract perfectly fine. So a WinRAR issue for me at least.
