So... what type of game are you trying to make? is it a visual novel, dating sim... even more is there going to be a way to avoid NTR for the girl or is it going to just happen and if it happens will the MC go the loser's route and become more and more pathetic or will he just keep with his like and trying to seduce other girls.

If you even consider ever selling your game on Steam, better stay away from school settings. Steam censors/moderators have zero patience for anything even remotely resembling underage characters. And no, they don't care about your "all characters are over 18" disclamier or the size of the girls' tits.

I have a few preferences, I'll suggest them but it's up to you, of course:

1. NTR only path:
   Consider a path where the MC is completely cucked. That means he gets at best to see action, maybe kiss and hug the love interest(s?) but never to fuck anyone. You've revealed very little of this game but I'm assuming multiple paths.
2. NO NETORASE:
   Please, for the love of god, if your game is about cheating and netorare, don't make the MC like it. I understand it's hard to write a believable reason to why the MC is getting cucked and doing nothing about it so writers will resort to "he's confused about why his pp hard" but that's a cop-out and a bad one at that. If Netorase is actually what you meant, or the MC actually likes being cucked deep inside, at least be upfront about it.
3. Black guy, not black people:
   I understand one of your main fetishes is Interracial with a Black Dom so you're probably going for a story where she gets corrupted by a black guy and then he shares her with other black guys. Don't do that. Or at least make the sharing optional. A black dom guy is as much a guy as anyone else, and people are not prone to sharing. Sucks when the game manages to avoid falling into one sharing hole to fall into another.
4. Hidden NTR:
   Probably the hardest suggestion to implement as it requires the story to work around it, but a path where the MC is unaware of the cheating going on is always nice if that's not the overall kind of content you're going for. Look at "Teaser~Date~Kanon!" an NTR kinetic novel on the latest games page for what I mean by that. It has great scenes but the story went for an angle where the girl was not being corrupted, but the one actively going for the cheating, which sucks. Just look at how the scenes are directed and the renders rendered and ignore the rest.
5. Attention to the pacing:
   This one is more on the technical side so might be a nice hint regardless of how the game turns out: you might need to keep interest high while you advance the story. You can do that by advancing the story quickly, which is risky imo, or you can have side corruption stories. As the main guy corrupts the FMC you can have him show off his past conquests, making her act disgusted about him or something similar, all high and mighty, or you can have, say, a sister that gets corrupted much quicker than the FMC, or a crushed-on-professor that was being blackmailed beforehand and is now in a much more advanced state of corruption. The average porn game player is very fickle, and the engine you're using does not help with that (as there's lots of moving and button pressing).
6. Pregnancy:
   Please? It's super hot... would be nice if the corruptor guy had the habit of going around knocking up babes. Also, condom play is hot (caught buying condoms, catching the trashcan full of full condoms, putting it on with the mouth, the size was too small and it burst, the size is too big so the little guy is unable of feeling anything, the condom breaks and more) but the hottest thing with a condom is when the girl accepts going raw, or removes it from the cock herself and it leads to pregnancy!

All that said, I'll be watching your career with great interest.

You're looking at it from a Japanese NTR point of view, which is what I prefer as well, but my guess is that this will be more of a western style BNWO game. I dont like netorase so dont worry about that, maybe i can make it as a different route but the game will be focused on corruption, blackmail, rape, sleeping fuck, drugged sex, etc...

the 5 is a good idea, btw, idk if everyone enjoy the history so much like the games that have 6 hours of endless story and 11-12 cgi sex scenes, im trying to make a 50/50, so you can enjoy sex scenes or corruption scenes and you can feel the story.

and sure, you will be able to choose the pregnancy ending by making some decisions.

I don't know how you're going to do things, but a recommendation from me could be that, if you make it have male protagonist, don't make that we can't see any scene and only see the FMC's reaction (like this game does, for example: NTR Adventurer Alisa) but that we can see some scenes, for the skepticism to grow, you know? For example, like this game does: Scathach (mystery ntr, or through a wall... You know?). Of course, without the protagonist knowing what's going on.
