Oh, that's disappointing.
I like me some tiddy elf, but the one in this game is the exact same tiddy elf that's in everything. Why spend hours on this when you could just go to any random elf video on Iwara. You'd likely get a girl that looks exactly the same, except its animated in 3D, has sound, and won't take your whole afternoon from you.
Catgirl was the only thing that caught my attention cause of that. Good chocolate is relatively rare, especially on a loli. If there's no ending where you dump the elf and take the catgirl as your wife, I'mma skip this one.
If you save the catgirl and the princess but let the brute kiss the princess, she will comment on it, but does it change anything whether you let her get kissed or not other than that little difference in dialogue?
Also, the little girl has better scenes than the princess, which is a shame cuz I'm not into little girls.

No, but the number of molestations the girls get over the course of the game decide the ending, so if you want the vanilla ending, avoid letting them get touched as much as possible.

How the hell do you complete the dance section?
The bunny girl mentions the dancer boots, but there's zero difference between having and not having them.
EDIT: The dancer's boots affect the QTE event if you manage to get the 400 pts. I figured out that getting high enough points unlocks new dances that give far more points, you basically have to be blessed by rng to get a handful of molestations early on to boost points, then not any more after that.

There are multiple sections where you control the two main female characters, which in total amount to about the same amount of time you spend controlling the main male character.
That's why it's tagged as both Male and Female Protagonist.

First NRT focused game I've played where you play as the cuck.
Honestly, I don't see the appeal. Art's good if it was 2014, story's shit, amount of text is fucking awful & the tags don't really fit.
So unless someone can point me to a good NTR H-game, I won't be touching them anymore.
