I tried F11, Alt+Enter, and a few other keys and nothing worked. There's nothing in the in-game settings either. F5 resets your game to the main menu.

Luckily there was an auto-save so I didn't lose any progress by finding out that last one.

Also, does anyone know the name for the artist who did the CG for this game?

I had that issue - Malwarebytes' AI doesn't like it for whatever reason. Use this instead:

pixeldrain workupload

How to use:
extract and drag and drop www folder to base game folder. Choose to overwrite existing files.

For those who have troubles with orange greenworks in joiplay
1)Rename this file from .zip to .rga
2)in joyplay Long tap on the game's icon > Patch, select the .rga file
And works perfect with the english exe

Does anyone know how I can start the game in English? Since the game was very laggy for me, I have upgraded nw.js. But the new Game.exe only starts the game in Japanese and the old Game_en.exe cannot start the game due to the upgrade. Could this be corrected with an additional command?

With the new nw.js I can start the game in high performance without any problems. If I leave the game as it is, high performance is not possible.
