evbunpack it to extract the translated files stored in the game_en.exe, then the normal exe will run the game translated

For those who have troubles with orange greenworks in joiplay
1)Rename this file from .zip to .rga
2)in joyplay Long tap on the game's icon > Patch, select the .rga file
And works perfect with the english exe

Mine is like this when i open it on game_en.exe but when i open the game.exe it's still jp
Joiplay always pulls from the game.exe even if you pick the game_en.exe. You need the extracted files from the game_en.exe put into their respective folders and run the game via the game.exe. m4kro already has unpacked this:
So just overwrite the corresponding existing files and you should have a working copy that is translated

why don't the animated scenes loop smoothly for me? There's a flash of black and it resets every couple of seconds. happen is high def and lightweight modes

Pirated games usually contain "cracks" to get past the anti-piracy features that are sometimes installed in games. They will come up as a "virus" because it's not a "trusted" program by virus scanners, aka not a common file.
These cracks are needed to run games, so it's not a virus, hence a "false positive", so if you just don't want to trust people that have had no issues with this game over the course of many months with no problems, then do so. If you don't and want to be like a certain small % of paranoid people, then also do so.
Choice is yours.
