The only game I can think of offhand is a game called The Company.
The MC can be the dommy one or you can let others dom the MC. Be aware that it does have a few game overs and the MC can be transformed into a brain dead sissy/bimbo, but you do have the choice of which way you go.

I'm very partial to Solas City Heroes because all I wanted was a beat 'em up where a male character fights off futanari enemies who want to stick it in him. You can choose your character and the enemies that appear. You can have all male enemies, all female enemies, or both. You can also change the female enemies to futa if you set their behavior a certain way.
