Others I need help with translation

Okay so I'm new to this whole Winrar thing and this game that I want to play (The Zombie Island) is in Japanese, the game looks nice and I want to play it, but I'm stuck trying to translate it to English, I don't know what I'm doing but now there's a ton of text files in my downloads and the game is still in Japanese, I've been trying to translate it for an hour now.
I don't know what I'm doing at all and every tip I get I just don't understand, like how do I extract it? It won't let me, and this other guy said replace the old files with the translated ones, but when I do that Winrar says I can't transfer ZIP files or something.

I'm just confused.

Side note, I only really use Winrar for like small games, I never use it for anything technical, I just click on it, and run the game and it works, but I never done this whole extract file thing.

Unzip the game content with WinRAR ([RPG] [Osanagocoronokimini] The Zombie Island Ver.2.1 folder)

Unzip the content of the archive with the translation patch (TZIML.zip) with WinRAR (The Zombie Island MultiLang folder)

Overwrite the content of the "www" subfolder of the game with those contained in that patch with the translation, replacing its original japanese scripts and images of that RPGM with the translated ones
