No, Serena cannot take such a step. But if you continue the quest line with Nikola (after receiving the task to collect 10,000 coins) and lose both battles, you will end up in prison upon leaving which the city guards will forbid Serena to wear panties.

Kinda sad that Serena can't be corrupted further and she can't sell it by her own will after realizing that she can't make money. The game itself has a lot of potential. And as far as I looked into data via MTool, there should be 3rd part, that is back in the Hot Spring Town. And modders from cien still didn't work in that way, only adding strange stuff.

Still missing dog sex from the original.

Also there's no route for asking Ganuron for help with captain when Guard City route in action (I would love to see how Serena could begged him for asking his help with guards after she gave birth with captain or spent some time in prison kek)?

I got version 1.05.2, but when I try to apply the patch from DazedAnon the version in the window says 1.04.8. Did it actually downgrade the version or is that just a visual bug? Also, I've tried the official tool from the dlsite but that downgrades my game all the way to 1.00.

Yes, you are downgrading the version of the game files. To go through the main plot and familiarize yourself with the game, the current version from Dazed is also suitable.
