Investigator rescue-loss did lead to slums scene for me, MC were made to push a boulder. There just were a few scenes with heroine behind bars before. You probably overlooked it.

File 3 should game-complete save into epilogue where MC has a drink with Erica-dono, File 6 - save before last quest (can figure out by playtime shown, my memory's unreliable). You can just change name of the file you are putting in and game should load it in just fine. For example, you have "file567.rpgsave" you want to put in in slot 9, you should make any save to slot 9 and then rename "rpgsave567.rpgsave" into "file9.rpgsave", then game can load the file567 you put in, although game may display wrong metadata(like playtime and such).

I would recommend not sharing links to banned games. Good way to get a translation thread deleted or yourself banned by mods.
