One glaring issue with your point on the rape thing though.... he doesn't rape them :|
The game is tagged as reverse-rape (on DLsite), so he is raped by them.

I doubt it was even reverse-rape. Cause well, the desc implies MC never rejected their advances. BTW that desc is all the context the story is given, you just walk up to each girl an click the loveheart and they fuck you (and by they fuck you I mean they fuck you, most of the positions are MC being lead not doing the leading).
So the opposite analogy would be Loli girl rapes dude on subway.

Statutory rape is a crime either way, but society tends to view the statutory rape of a consenting male minor as less severe than the statutory rape of a consenting female minor.
I think part of it is that we're socialized to see males having sex as some sort of triumph, victory, or a rite of manhood, while we're also socialized to see the reverse as something much more significant, as there is very little change for males when they lose their virginity, unless they happen to catch an STD, as opposed to the potentially large changes when a female loses their virginity(hymen breaking, possibility of pregnancy).
And much as I know both are wrong, when I see these high-school students making it with their hot teachers, I'm more likely to think, "Lucky brat" than "What a monster," because I know if I was in their shoes, I'd probably be pretty damn eager.

No it's peoples perception of it that is important and the vast majority of people would see a male kid fucking females that are at least 14 or older, maybe even 16 to 18 years and older and defiantly older than the MC what ever the ages, but the other thing is that your concept of big feet is all wrong, the whole of the skeleton does not stop growing at the same time; hands and feet stop first, then arms and legs, with the last area of growth being the spine, if the feet stop growing first then the proportion of feet size to the rest of the body will be greater when a person is younger, so it actually proves in favor of him being younger not older
