That won’t be perfect but unless you use an upscaling app the only way i found is to right click on the .exe then go in propriety then in compatibility you will find execute with a resolution of 640x480 that will kinda screw with the resolution of your computer but it will get back to normal after you close the game.

That's called pixel-art, it looks fine. What's worse is those pixels aren't scaled to an appropriate window size.

If you are asking if it’s possible to remove the censorship somehow then i would say yes, the censorship fail in some animation so i guess it’s something added later during the making of the game and that it should be possible to remove however you would need to ask someone who knows to do such things but it shouldn’t be that hard since it doesn’t seem to be hardcoded in.
