I have black screen issues with 0, 2 and 3.
I am using Parallels and VirtualBox remote desktop, and I have tried many systems and C++ runtime, all those ways does not help.
Finally, I got a Windows computer, and all 4 games running smoothly on native Windows 10.

I know this is late but for anyone in the future, that has issues with black /white screen but can hear sound, and is using virtualbox.

Going to settings, display and enabling "Enable 3d Acceleration" fixed the issue for me.

(I didn't need to do this for 1, but am now able to play 2 & 3 as a result of this change.)
