Honestly, not being a native English speaker myself, I can't really say how good the MTL translation is, it's understandable I guess, however the version of the game that will be released on Steam on January 10, 2025 is stated to have an official English translation too:

The only problem they have is that they removed the immersive moans like in the other game they translated, how to explain it, they have cut the continuous sounds that are in the scene to give immersion,moaning, insertion sounds, blowjob sounds and fucking sounds, as well as cumshot sound , suddenly everything goes silent and there is no ambient sound, it is true that this way the voice can be heard better but at the same time having the audio cut off in the middle of a scene seems strange to me because when the protagonist speaks, suddenly everything goes silent, while in the original games you had a continuous ambient sound in the middle of the scene to increase immersion.
The good thing is that this Renpy version has images with a better resolution, it is also uncensored and has the English, Spanish and Chinese languages.
