Overview:
You are a teenager in the 1980s and school is almost out.
Now may be your last chance to make plans, say goodbyes and set the stage for a summer you’ll never forget.
That is, until strange disappearances start to happen around town,
with rumors of mysterious figures being seen at night.
When one of your own friends is kidnapped,
it turns out saving up to buy a car and asking girls on dates may be the least of your worries.

This game has potential. The idea of a porn game sets in the 90s school life is interesting.
However, the developer needs to take another look at how the art is playing out in this game cause that filter makes things look censored, not aesthetically pleasing in the slightest, as well.

I like the idea of a retro style aesthetic, but the images kind of hurt my eyes a little. It looks like a ps1 cutscene.
But, putting that aside, I enjoyed what I played, the future tags look great, the girls are fun and I like vampires lol.
All in all, I'll be keeping my eye on this one. Good luck

I understand you are going for a stylistic approach here, but for me personally its very hard to look at. Seems like the graphics/renders are good otherwise but the blurriness/pixelated look is a real turn off for me. Didn't make it far before I just found it kind of obnoxious and exited out.

Why have all the preview images been blown up to the point of pixilation that makes them very fuzzy and horrible?
It's not just the preview images. The actual game is equally pixelated.

I didn't even start a new game arriving at that screen. That's just going to give me a headache.

Even when I resize the window down to 1/4 of my screen it still looks like absolute crap and has static dashes over the bottom 10 percent of the screen. None of the other unity games I play look this horrible so the dev note that this is 1080p HD graphics is obviously completely false.

1980s Retro game.
Nope, not even close. I played games in the 1980s. This is just amazingly bad. I reduced this thing down to a tiny 320 x 240 window, this was still pixelated crap forcing image redraw blur and static at the bottom.

That's not retro, that's just painful to view.

Not giving them a pass on trying to save on render time by putting out shitty images and calling it retro. I can't even get far enough into it to tell whether their storytelling might make up for the technical failures, it's too painful.

Edit: I really shouldn't try to say they were trying to save on render time. They actually put work into making it look this bad. That redraw bar going down the screen isn't a natural artifact, they worked hard to get that look, and they worked hard to get the snow across the bottom. And that's really the problem. That's retro technology, not retro style. Put the characters in legwarmers and headbands to do 80s retro, do NOT try to make the game appear as though it was actually developed in the 1980s and magically transported to current day without any attempt to update the graphics.

Well, this is not for me... I struggled trying to see the 8bit style text, and the images with that dreaded constant screen flicker. (It's just too grainy and annoying for my taste). Also the use of the Unity application....which I dislike, and most will feel the same.

But, good luck with this project though.

The game has a really interesting premisse but the old cathode-ray tv tube effect with the highly pixelated images and the fake noise are really hard on the eyes, specially when the characters aren't the focus of the renders and when we need to read something on the screen.

And truth be told i don't think you need this. Between the hairstyles, the clothes, cars, scenarios and background music you already got a strong 1980 decade vibe going there.

Shame, it looks like it could be a good game but i have no interest in strain my eyes to play it.

The banner looks really nice -- beautiful drawn models. But when playing the game, the "CRT" effect is just overdone. It's too pixelated and has too much "noise". Also: I didn't like the fact that the inventory auto-opens if you move your mouse to the top of the screen, and the MC's walking speed is way too slow. I wish he would go faster if you double-click or something like that. And what does "1080p HD graphics" from the Developer notes mean? Will we be able to remove the CRT filter at some (hopefully not too far away) point in the game?

Right now this isn't for me, sorry. I can't just sit here and squint my eyes for more than 5 minutes to play this game ;-)
