A page ago I linked skidrow page with the released game some uploaded just has to take care of the rest.
As mentioned skidrowreloaded.com has it, though the site name is a misnomer. <removed> also has it up. There's some confusion and ree-ing going on in the igg-games page so it's unclear if it's the full version or not.
Edit: LMAO holy shit f95 actually censors the full link? I thought f95's link being censored on igg-games was just them pearl-clutching but nah, they both really do have a childish beef going on

I don't have the file downloaded, but I'm guessing it's using SmartSteamEmu, and from experience it sounds like you're trying to launch it via the idolmanager.exe or whatever the exact executable is. You need to launch it via one of the LAUNCHER.exes, the ones with the Steam logo on them.
Oh please. IGG is hardly any better or worse then any other piracy site. Literally zero problems ever with them, "IGG bad omegalul" is just dumb CrackWatch elitist behavior cuz they got their panties in a twist, and also some idiots apparently take no precautions from downloading warez. There's no meaningful difference between any of the larger sites aside from which ones people are being snobs about.

I think it only removed the option to disable it in settings, I don't think that V20 had any NSFW or at least nothing more then then V21 had which was mostly nude idol painted so one can't see any genetelia or nipples.
Haven't seen if release version has those in yet though
The warez sites don't have the mac version, anyone got that?
Also looking at the blog posts on the backer site it doesn't seem to have gameplay changelogs for the release version. All it says is mod support and some other non-gameplay stuff. Are there no gameplay changes or is it just not posted.

Oh, well if that's the case that's good to know then. Though based on post #115, on page 6 of this thread, there seems to be at least 1 NSFW stuff.
I don't know if there are more or if there are even that many, though I'm just pretty curious as to what they are. (and with them planning on removing those stuff since they only want 17+ content, it does make me more curious)

To be honest I'd say it's weird.
Sure true that is considered NSFW in release there was supposed to be a way to turn it off however the one I got from skidrow doesn't have that option.
When it comes to what devs said if I recall correctly they said they want to keep their M 17+ rating under which the image falls since nipples can still fall under that category while actual genitalia would be 18+ if I remember correctly.
Then again the stretch goal says "mature content" it is possible that people went out of their way as usual and hyped up for sex and all being in the game while devs only used the wording "mature content" which does not necessarily imply adult content.
I wasn't really following the game so I'm not sure if developers ever mentioned the game having adult content since the wording "mature" content can fall both under the adult category and simply suggestive imagry. And knowing the track history of people unreasonably up to stupidly hyping up games I find it hard to believe anything.

It's not banned by your country exactly.
Several EU countries just require online stores selling porn games to put better age verification in place that can't be circumvented by literal children.
Instead of doing that Steam just banned people from those countries from buying porn games.
Which is really strange as the devs say this isn't a porn game yet Steam seems to classify it as one.

Yes and no...
I'm lacking the english vocabulary to explain what's going on here but it's not just "because of the children". In fact you can be banned from steam for using a VPN to buy such a game or other games that are banned by the state, different than what I said about just being "banned in germany".
Way back a friend got banned by steam because he used VPN to buy the Austrian version of South Park Stick of Truth which is uncensored while the german version is heavily censored.
