If I become the main character, then either The Last Sovereign or A House in the Rift. Vast power, a happy and unforced harem, everyone in said harem gets along pretty well, mostly positive settings (well, TLS is becoming positive), what's not to love?

If I get to be an Important Character, then Interns of Ecstasy Island. Tropical paradise, the important male characters are mainly the rich patrons of the island so I get to be loaded, modern setting but with advanced body-modding tech that should be able to turn back aging, waited on by scantily clad hot college girls, it'd be great.

If I'm just a random NPC, then Pokemon Ecchi Version. Life is comfortable for everyone, I get to be a Pokemon trainer, and there's lots of casual sex, while the fetish stuff is entirely optional and the danger isn't an existential threat to the world.
