For anyone getting an error trying to start the game, copy the contents of the 'Raw' folder into 'Patched Maki + Mizue + Common' and run 'ikiM'. To play just click the topmost box; the two input options that pop up are your first and last name. Seems to have worked for me.
The options and all other text seems to be jumbled still though
