You should find three Material Editor options under the Body options, then the Overall tab, where you select the decensors

Head and Body change the obvious - eyes, tongue, teeth etc. are all changed under the third.

I couldn't find it in body, something wrong with my game?

Nah, you just missed a bit of my instructions is all Like I said, if everything's installed right (or you're running a RePack) the Material Editors you're looking for are under the Overall tab:

This usually happens when sliders are pushed past the usual limits. Try resetting the Genital Area X/Y/Z sliders on the Lower Body tab - you'll need to activate those sliders using the menu on the bottom-right (Split XYZ sliders).

Thank you for the tip. It turned out it was actually the hip with causing the change for some reason.
