They are called Pathos Liryc Hair. You could find them in "Back Hair" list.
But I had to work a lot with accessories, cause it shows bald head through the hair.

Sorry for the noob question:
some downloaded cards from here are showing a black body skin (face is ok) - after changing the skin in editor remains still greyish.
Whats the reason for? Missing mod? (my installation is Repack 4.0.1)

That is our ultra-buggy Hair mod. We created the style only for our Liryc character here. It works great for Liryc but best of luck with any other character application.
