I haven't made one myself but I found these two:

Seen the second one before but it was not very good...
However I never saw the first one ! It gave me some inspiration so thanks a lot !

I used the first card as a base and then added the face of another random card. Changed the hair and modified the body a little.
Finally I used the outfit and the horn of the second card. I tonned down the shine on the boots and added black strips to the horns.

In all seriousness I'm just searching for a Teruhashi Kokomi card now if anyone has one. I'm also truly searching for a Makise Kurisu one (Seems like there aren't many cards from animes for AI/HS2... At least on the discord I'm searching on ("Illusion Soft")).

Enable Graphics mode for SSS in init settings then press f5 in game to enable SSS - Shader 2.0 I believe it's in the f95 mod pack, but i bought it ages ago from Hanmen to support him

When I remember right, yet it was there in R4.0.1, when I started with HS2 - now I´m R7.
First you have to enable GraphicsMod in InitSetting, before you launch the game. Ingame press F5, go to SSS tab and enable - thats it.

Found the clue. I had DDH active in the settings...

I'm new to all this Honey select stuff, I'm total noob when it come to 3d cg, I wanted to ask something regarding the quality.of the characters I seems some look really nice like clear lines and good body proportions, while I see are less in quality and almost like plastic dolls, what is the reason for that, is it creator preference or version of the software or hardware performance?!

Do you have examples? I imagine most of it is the version. HS2 came out in what mid-2020? A lot of games were probably built on HS1 or AI/playhome and as they take so long to complete you can't just switch engine half way through.

Maybe these are HS1 cards? These won´t load in HS2.
When a mod is missing (or an older version) you should get a warning in the game, but the card should load inspite this.

As I think most improvement in girls appearance is comming from better skins (HD, 4K) and new body mods (like Hanmen next gen shaders). And this IS depending on the version of the software, respectively the version of the Repack. Now we have Repack7, and I recommend to use the newest one.
The proportions are more subject to the creators.
Hardware performance: the newer high poly skins logically need more hardware power to reach playable FPS, but doesn`t influence the look af the girls.
