all png work as overlay however it it the size and positioning that matter.

to put it plainly i would first dump the original texture and then copy over the edits on to it to get the best effect/positioning of the designs

Put the overlay files in User Data folder-----now, if you have used overlays before; there should be 2 folders in there===face and Body.
