but that did not work either

it is just how kemono handles is, all messages are displayed as posted by "Anonymous" and owner will usually use a "burner" account to set as password so you can't find it out on kemono, solution would be kemono scraping account names that post messages/comments as well

If it is a HS2 scene, after loading it in Studio you can export the character. Then load the one you want into Character Maker and you can see which hair is used.
If you don't have the hair mod already you can use HS2PNGInfo utility to identify which Mods are used in that particular character card.
That will then identify the hair mod you need.
Once the mod is identified likely sources will be latest Better Repack version, Discord Illusion server, Kemono Party, the creators Patreon, etc.

Probably part of repack. Honestly I can't find it in the jungle called Mods folder. Hope this screenshots help.
