Oh, one last thing.
My nexcloud instance can get nuked one day or another, because i'm retarded and installed it bare metal on some centos just before centos went to shit.
RN i'm paying for extended service for OS support, but won't last forever (80$/server is annoying).
I won't take the annoying route of sideloading another linux distro on this server.
I will let it die, i will still upload stuff on it, but knowing it could blast as soon as posted.
You could do your part and finance a brand new server ^^
Or just a downtime to upgrade to a new OS version + a new Nexcloud version ?
Dunno. For real.
Every spare € would help.
(the actual server is a bare metal private server, and i would like it stays still, no way i give any trust into VPS hosted shits)

To be clear :
Plan A rent some blackblaze storage to back the actual server up, and restore it once the server is upgraded to a more resiliant OS, it's up to you (cost a lot of € because storage and bandwidth)
Plan B Get a new baremetal server with unlimited bandwidth like so i would be able to transfer data "on the fly" from old to new server, just a matter of changing links in threads.
(problem, bare metal servers today are far more expensive than when i got mine in 2018)
Plan C, i and everyone don't give a fuck and the server dies in the most memorable way (regarding the the amount of data it holds), and ppl start dancing and fucking on its remains.
PS : a single bare metal sever should still be enough as long as i still ban Russia, China, and India ^_^
