I only know that if you save the scene and reload it, it is correct, the bad thing is that it creates an extra scene with the character you used

There may be something in the timeline labeled as "mouth", "eyes", etc. you have to uncheck those.
also reseting blend shapes may help.
Also, mind sharing the female card or scene or at least tell me the creater's name?

All scenes from this author only work with modified headmod. Several authors work with specific headmod.

You mainly need to reset the chara face shader to default as some creator uses a certain type of main shader which won't work on all scene
