I don't know a real solution
I only know that if you save the scene and reload it, it is correct, the bad thing is that it creates an extra scene with the character you used
It would still be nice to know if anyone knows a real solution so that this doesn't happen.

There may be something in the timeline labeled as "mouth", "eyes", etc. you have to uncheck those.
also reseting blend shapes may help.
Also, mind sharing the female card or scene or at least tell me the creater's name?
