did you stumbled upon this problem?
tried to open the chara, and stumbled upon this problem.. hair will reset (falling to the ground) regardless every time after changing clothes even after reloading the chara after saving it.
anyone have any idea what may be the cause? and a possible way to fix it?

Is that a Cetol card? If so, couple pages ago someone mentioned a plugin that's supposed to fix a hair falling to the ground in his cards. I don't use his cards nor that plugin, but it sounds similiar to your problem so it may be worth a try to use it.
