I have a problem with Koi_s3 scenes. The latest ones, the timeline plays awful with one character that doesn't move or camera focusing elsewhere. Doesn't seem like I'm missing any mod since I have most Hatoko mods.

I think that has something to do with your plug ins...I encountered the same last time

You can use the chara extractor to get the card by loading in one of the skadi scenes. I think the shortcut was to use ctrl+e in studio.
