Someone else uploaded Harley and Chun-Li.
I personally bought 2B, A2, Zero, Kaine, Tifa, Purah, Devola Popola (Version 2 not the first).

I think you might have downloaded the wrong mod. Did you download KKUTS for koikatsu sunshine (KKSUTS)? I don't think KKUTS works for Koikatsu Sunshine.
