I've had this happen because of mods I put in MyMods folder. If you did add any new zipmods in there, try sorting them by date and delete the newer ones one by one while opening Studio after each deletion to see which one is causing the issue.

It might be just me, but if someone's willing to release a paid card/scene for free after a certain period of time, it'd be a dick move to just pirate it, man. It's a show of goodwill in a community that tends to monetize the shit out of these things and I think it's something that should be respected because they could've monetized the shit out of it but decided to take a more reasonable approach and release it for free after making a bit of money instead.
