Click on the character in the workspace, click on anim button, then click joint adjustment, look for the specific body part that looks twisted and turn off the joint adjustment on that one.

Entirely incompatible. Only thing you can do is make some room on your drives and grab a KKS BetterRepack.

Yep that's what I had to do for one creator's scenes. Downloaded KKS just because I liked his scenes lol.
