I think you have to refresh page after turn on VPN or turn off/on multiple for VPN when using page

Maybe we should use another VPN to make sure everything is worked properly. Currently I only know Urban VPN to get some characters on this

First, get the extension urban VPN with chrome browser then change to Japan location by using urban VPN. But sometime this extension is not stable so you have to try multiple time to access it

Well, that got me to the Uploader page. Only thing is no cards show up but I've heard people having that same issue.
