I'm not certain what is allowed to post around here or not, but I guess that some mild sexual violence is OK.
The graphic quality is so-so, even for HS2, because the map I used was meh, but it was the only one I had that matched the theme, so please bear with me... All right. First of all, you seem to not using any post-processing.
They are kinda essential in making picture less flat and plastic. So use them. You can check illusion discord and downlad some good presets then tweak them to understand what-do-what.
Secondly, light and shadow is very important. You usually want 2+ light sources on your focus model.
Another important thing is ambient occlusion, because it makes everything much less "flat"
Third is depth of field and field of view you should play with it, because it can add more dynamics to your shots, and also mask a lot of background shit like lowpoly models.

I have one major concern though : it seems that my renders (obtained with the F11 key) flat out discard the occlusion and depth of field settings, see images below for the difference between in-game and rendered pictures. How to fix this ?
