Saw this artist earlier, still can't figure out wtf he's using, I saw some 3D wips, but the latest stuff is all 2D
Either all recent stuff is drawn/AI or he's using some kinda filter on top of 3D renders

Either a filter or they do like Galaad, where they build the whole scene in daz and then paint/draw on top of it
