It seems I have files missing in my Hscene folder.
[Picture display] File Read Error
Cannot find C:\Kagura Games/Living With Sister Monochrome Fantasy/Data/hscene/h_frame.png
Process mark:[MapEv 4 CommonEv 333 Live 39] <=[ Ev4 Common332 line221 <- Ev4 line48 ]
I had a ton of errors like this during the night sequence. I honestly think I reinstalled it incorrectly
Hello,

If you have the Kagura v3 patch installed?

Since in the new patch the Hscenes images do not have the prefix "h_", in the message you wrote the missing image has that prefix.

I had no idea about the patches. My bad.
I asked on the discord and was directed towards the kagura patch.
thanks for your help though, and I love your mod!

Hi guys, anyone knows if FFFOX mod is updated yet? As I have my game coloured thanks to Daseson's mod, but when I tried adding FFFOX mod, it was ruining my game, like removing the coloured mod altogether. Thanks!

Hello,

Blue has been updating and making compatibility patches for the FFFOX MOD, so I think everything is fine now.

I would advise you to install the FFFOX MOD first and then the color one.

So I installed FFFox mod like you suggested first, did the colour after, and this is the first thing that popped up when I launched the game. same thing like 2days ago.

If you have the Steam version, you need Kagura, then use wolf extrac to extract the files from your Steam game folder and replace them with the files from the color patch.

The info you need is all in the main post.

I see that the image you say is missing is from the base game, which means you removed Picture.wolf without extracting it.

I would highly advise you to watch the installation video and do it step by step with what is shown there.

The only new thing about the video is that you must also unzip the DLC_data.wolf.

I don't know what to say, I am following the videos step by step, only thing I'm doing different is, in the video it extracts from 1.5.3 and I'm doing the newest version

I can't seem to find these folders or whatever I need to find, I need to find header.bar.jpg

You need to extract the .wolf files from the base game (create a backup just in case), KEEP them, and only copy over/replace them with the mod files in the folders with the same name.

Heya! This is going to be the first and last advertisement that I will do. I have created a new thread for those who would like to use the complementary recolors that I shared a few days ago thanks to Daseson. You will find even more recolors and touch-ups that were done while playtesting. It should be compatible with the Steam version too and I separated the AI backgrounds in another folder.

I believe that with the 2 Color Mods added together, you should now have a near complete experience in colors.

Please keep the threads and discussions separate, don't forget that I will not recolor the entire game, and have a nice Christmas near Mecua!

Man, congrats to you and Daseson. I'm very grateful for the effort you guys put into this, it makes a completely different experience playing this game with colors, and it's thanks to you both. Great work!

And so it was, since it came out of nowhere, it almost made the author leave his work on the mod, he took all the work of the original author, put AI on it and took it to another thread.

Damn what a great story. :ROFLMAO:

Small heads up and to summarize. In the game folder for the Steam version, they have:

> hscene
  • Removed 'h_'
  • Replaced 'pantu' by 'panu'
  • Replaced 'anal' by 'nl'
  • Replaced 'chinko' by 'chin' (by vanishingdusky)
  • Replaced 'vibrator' by 'brr' (by vanishingdusky)
> Picture
  • Replaced 'mouth_ by 'mout'
It might be a Steam censorship thing, I do not know.
Wait so just to confirm in order for the complementary color mod to fully work I need to take these steps? Bc after applying Daseson's mod first and then the complementary one I'm still having the night time scenes in black and white and I see it's because of this naming stuff

If you have this issue, it could be 1) the original .wolf files for those folders you replaced are still in the Data folder and the game prioritizes them or 2) there are renaming errors left, because of the changes that were made in the recent Steam DLC release.

Check your color mod versions, compare those files with your game files and you should be able to identify where the issue comes from (one of the color mods or FFFox). Share a screenshot in the appropriate thread and we should be able to resolve the issue. I'm currently playing on Steam + DLC (without FFFox) and everything is working fine on my end.

Ok so from a good bit of research into my files, I believe the issue was coming from the images in FFFox Mod's hscene folder all having the "_h" in the names while the images in Daseson color mod's hscene folder do not have the "_h" in the names. I saw there's a new version of the FFFox mod so I'll take a look at the hscene folder in it.

You'll need the use the same version used for the JP DLC as for my mod, as my mod reads the filenames for the ones used in the JP version, even if you install my mod on the steam/Kagura version.

I have 0 idea if this was commented already, but the filenames for colored panties do not work since, for whatever reason, the original file is called panu_iXX instead of the mods "pantsu_iXX" therefor it does not replace them and the game still uses b&w (of course after changing the name it does work)

Unfortunately I have the steam version of the game, does that mean your mod isn't compatible with the color mods then? For clarification the FFFoX mod itself was working great no issues there, there were just parts that weren't colored bc of this whole "_h" naming issue between it and the color mods

Edit: I realize I think you meant to use the not Steam/Kagura version of the color mods when combining them with the FFFox Mod right?
