This game is beautiful.
The idea of playing a simple lowmid-level cog in the Administration is grand. The characters feel real and their stories are very compelling and realistic. The world is grim-dark, from the fates of the characters and their stories to the charming artstyle. I am highly looking for an update!

I think I'm missing one h-scene from the train station. Shagged the VP but I'm not sure what the other one was. Also shagged the train worker but I'm not sure what the other scene would be.
The pilgrim's scene is Apparatchik-exclusive, I'm afraid. You've done everything you can do in one run for v0.2.9's content.

Is there any way to get all the 'attributes' in the game? I want to do a cheat run with all the attributes unlocked after my current non-cheat run
Thanks! Besides editing variables, there's usually a version posted on my discord (link on the Patreon, free to join though) a bit after the update that allows you to select all variables and give your auditor schizophrenia.

I jumped into this thinking it'll be a funny R18+ parody only to end up getting hooked into an entire 7 hours of being an Auditor who cares about his fellow Man a bit too much and sees how dark and grim the Age of Hope and Mourning truly is.

I doubt this will be seen, but holy crap is it hard to read white text on a white box, with the white background, need some sort of option to make the text box darker or text a different color entirely. Don't remember this problem too much in earlier versions, not sure what happened lol.

Not gonna lie, I was expecting this game to be good but after playing it, it was breathtaking in many ways. Specifically, the world just feels immersive and oppressively beautiful. The sex scenes aren't the best but come on, I'm pretty sure we ended up all playing this game for the story xD
Best of all though, I didn't expect this game to be similar to one of my all time favs, Disco Elysium, with your literal mind talking to you. Hell, the protagonist's name is Harys and the one from Disco Elysium is Harrier Du Bois (or if you're really based, Raphaël Ambrosius Costeau). On the nose but i'd take it.

This game is worth playing simply for the fantastic story.
You can tell it is influenced by WH40k, but the game very quickly grows into itself and becomes its own narrative. There is so much story to be explored already and all of it is in "Part 1" but there is still HOURS of content. I really really hope the author leans away from the connections to the 40K universe and not into them (which is what appears to be happening so far), the story can do with less influence and I think if the author lets their own ideas take full control this story(/potential routes) will be truly amazing. The current influence could even be somewhat decreased with minor changes which I would also welcome. Really love the work!
I will absolutely be following the rest of development and I hope to see the authors full vision for the story as it is completed. Kind of funny I was thinking of playing fate as my first true VN, but I got looped into this game and now my first VN is incomplete and has porn in it.

Just wanted to let Dev guy know. The bread tests storyline and the encounter about the worn down ramp is absolutely heartbreaking and left me feeling pretty fucked It doesn't help my kid's that age. . 10/10 completely ruined the wank I was planning on enjoying. You've got a real talent for writing.

Alright I finished the game, and I have to say this is one of the few games on this site that would be better without the NSFW elements, or at least with significantly fewer of them. In this case, I actually mean that as a compliment.

One thing about the game I've been wondering if the different assignments/episodes have any lasting effects. I'm not sure I'm seeing anything like that. Get Chubbs elected for example, get a pat on the back and that's it?
The elements you're seeing that are giving "flashes" of things happening elsewhere are pretty much directly inspired by Disco Elysium where similar touches was prevalent. With that said it could be explained as being pysker-ish abilities.
Not many lasting effects, yet. Lots of callbacks - the game is split into little compartments rather on purpose, but that will start to change. The Chubbs decision will definitely come back later - your endgame definitely doesn't have to be helping the Frenquis who sent you down there. Dylershaven's story in v0.3+ will be some of the first really big, visible consequences of your actions.

Stories of people that are ''insignificant'' like a factory worker,cogwatcher or a sister working herself to death to feed people that she cares about has always interested me more than grand battles of spacemarines or swarm like armies clashing into each other(They're cool too ngl). I really wish titles like warhammer gave more place to the lives of ordinary people in their stories.
I feel the exact same way, and that's why my game is the way that it is. I'm glad so many other people can enjoy it in that way!
This is great, and compared to some other things that have taken inspiration from Disco Elysium in ways that end up being slavish imitations of form over substance, this really feels like a thoughtful application of it to a setting that fits it well. With what happened to that studio, I guess this obscure fanfic porn game will end up being the true successor to DE after all.
Appreciate this. Some of references are quiet, others are about as subtle as a brick to the head... but what you said, is a great way of putting it. I've kept an eye on the DE Succession Crisis, madness. And some of them are just, not it.

I think those were just blank slots to fill up the page, I've discontinued that practice now. The whole gallery needs some more polish to be less confusing, especially with multiple entries for variants of the same scene. Stay tuned for improvements on that front.
