I would not underestimate the power of paper-pushers. The "heroic" folk usually get their limbs blown off just to add another figure to some paper on a bureaucrat's desk.

Really well done, some writing felt corny but that's not necessarily a downside with a setting such as this. Very well done with the overall style. It's not for everyone but it's definitely for me. Looking forward to future releases.
