How to beat the game to unlock V2 elements? I have 440k points, after beating Competitor and still no sex scene with Honoka (only deepthroat).
You need to get a ton of points in a single win try playing Guess the card if it doesn't work you will need to play the Jacks or Better 12x. At least for me, it worked this way, Guess the Card for unlocking all the non-sex scenes and Jacks or Better 12x for the sex scene.

Ngl I find the dialogue in this game massive cringe. Especially the MC. I wanna RKO the clown whenever he opens his mouth.

Pretty sure Kumao's intentions was for the MC to be a cringe "I want to impregnate all the girls!" middle aged guy (and other characters are not that much better). It was pretty hard for me to translate some of the dialogue as well lol, sometimes I had to not literally translate some parts in order to not make everyone(and I mean everyone) sound like psychos.
The point is, just don't think too hard about it, it's a H game, the world view is fucked. I mean, people are getting kidnapped left and right and getting sold as meat urinals, I think the MC being cringe is the least of our worries. Just fap and enjoy
Civa is a guest/easter egg character from "Civa's biology research center" and "Haramase!semen transport project", which is why she's the last one you can "conquer".
(Maybe it's a fun fact: that's when I started helping Kumao)

Yeah the most disappointing part of "Part 1" of this game is Hanoka is the only girl you can actually do anything with while she's pregnant. You can't even play with pregnant Kurumi as she doesn't let you touch her.
At least "Part 2" (The factory) lets you do whatever, but then it doesn't have multiple scenes...
