So seeing the announcement for the "second" game which sounds like it picks up where this one abruptly ended. I'm guessing its not a bug, they just decided to sell an unfinished game and then sell the ending separately.

so, i extract the game, and all there is in the folder is an EXE file. i try to open it. the game asks to download Webview2. i click yes. webview2 is already on my system, thus the download fails. and the game will not open.
if anyone has a fix for this i would greatly appreciate it. because i am at my wits end.

the exact same file passed once again on virustotal, do you think it is a false positive?
