Seeking Impregnation/Pregnancies List that aren't endings. (updated 1/16/25)

When I have the time, I might try and do the rating system on how in-depth the pregnancy system is in these games or other people can tell me, idc. (suggested by LewdBuggo in the reviews section.)

I appreciate that, and all of the hard work! It really goes to show how much of a small, niche thing this can be in games that don't get abandoned, unfortunately. Summertime Saga and Corrupted Kingdoms are the all stars with this, and even CK took a really weird hard change in direction that it hasn't come back from yet. I liked Holstein Girls, but its short and a much rougher level of quality. And I just don't have any interest in the one that use static hand drawn art.

I wanted to add that Shattered Minds does have pregnancy content that the player is in control of now, where you can try to knock up a lot of the girls as you wish, and multiple times. It looks like its being expanded too.

The Hard Way does as well, and while its an odd game in a lot of ways, they are always gradually adding more content, to the point that it could very well be the game with the most potential women to get pregnant in any of them.

Tropocali is a game that's currently in development, and I'm unsure whether the content will end up being repeatable or end game, but in the last update the MC was specifically given a quest to knock up all of the female characters, and the UI is set up with a system to keep track, so this is one to keep an eye on. Its a very solid game so far already, and hopefully the next update is a big one.

My Family Farm has slowed down development and been really inconsistent for a while, but the dev seems to have big plans, and impregnation is absolutely one of them. To this point, the MC can create "fake" pregnancies with a few women to improve their milk production. They look pregnant, but then it fades. It seems like the real thing is coming eventually.

i love the change and will mention from now on the preg content, to help you categorize the games easier.

Roundscape Adorevia - well i mention it again because it's still not in the list? -- male protag - impregnate + fem protag getting preg -- maybe you dint put it in because you think the preg content is towards the end? well as the male protag you can knock up a servant pritty early in to the game. the companions take a while but they only need to like you enough and you to finish there quests. they all can be done before you go kill the "endboss" and the game goes on after you defeat Murkal. as fem protag you can be knocked up by a wolf early on, well dint play to much as fem so... (sorry to mention it again and sorry would like to write even more but already long enough)

KoboldKare -- other impregnations -- a somewhat silly Kobold farming game. where you, a Kobold, can buy eggs grow kobolds and make more eggs with them. with body modifications and swapping. there are even more characters than just kobolds through mods, new "gear", new maps and even dicks. after the first play through or when the game gets to tedious for you, there are cheats. ah forgot to mention it has even multiplayer, to have fun with the entire family. xP

Princess & Conquest -- impregnation others -- well i don't like this one that much. to grindy for my taste, so mäh.

Carnal Instinct -- impreg others + getting preg (male,female and futa protag) -- a really promising title (v0.5.220) so far. its mate in UE5, looks great, good animation/scene system, has so far decent worldbuilding and you can customize your character in many ways. game is still in development so the preg system is somewhat disappointing at the moment.

last but not least is something i need to point out... you have TiTS in the list but CoC and CoC2 not? well a mistake what can be rectified ;D

just to mention it Holy Knight Ricca -- its getting preg but there are some insect enemies in the game, soooo eggs to.

sorry my posts are all kinda long at the same time i dont want to just post the game titles and bugger off. giving a small preview for what is in the games, to help you find a intresting one. i still have more games

A few games I'd like to suggest:

Fem Protags:
Nursery Dimension: It's a fairly basic side-scroller and the translation is...rough...but the PC can get pregnant from the monsters and her belly can get HUGE. The size has no effect on gameplay, though.

The Fixer: Has a fairly basic ovulation system but decent preg content. You can even use the Cheats menu to select how long pregnancy will last. Other female NPCs (background and interactable) will also randomly get pregnant and some will even have unique dialogue for it.

9 Months with Ellie: A short one, but the whole game is about following a woman through each month of her pregnancy.

Accidental Woman: Somewhat rough, but has a very detailed impregnation system. There's even an entire job path focused on pregnancy. (Text heavy, contains mix of real porn, drawn images, and ai images.)

All protags:
Lust Doll Plus: The PC can get pregnant from any vaginal creampie, even having an item that raises the chance to 100%, though the options for a PC being the impregnator are much more limited (from what little I know, there's only five impregnable NPCs and you first have to give them the aforementioned item).

I'm seconding another person's rec for Free Cities; it's less...personal, given the nature of the game, but you can do just about anything.

(Also, I'd like to note that Tanned Girl Natsuki: Impregnaria Village and the 5 Shrines has shota content that's unavoidable if you want to access the pregnancy content.)

Here's a few I haven't seen yet:

Night of Revenge -- Only two monsters can get Aradia pregnant, green slime or black slime, but it's something. At least one of the game over CGs shows her getting impregnated by her captors as well.

Captivity -- Pregnancy mechanics in the insect-themed and alien-themed levels.

Ero Dungeons -- Heroines can get implanted with spider eggs and alarune vines. There's also a facility where you can turn your girls into seedbeds for growing parasites.

Also I'm sure that several Skyrim mods would fit this description, but one of my favorites is this one:

I haven't played that one in a while. I liked the start, though its extremely one directional and is a lot of info dumping by the characters to take in.

It's just a power fantasy game. You don't have to get lost in the weeds. Your guy is super strong/powerful and all the women want his babies. That's TFS in a nut shell lol.
