Maybe a bit old to reply on this but was going to give a +1 to Lab Rats 2: Reformulate on this thread in general and figured I'd mention it. I think it is limited to the MC sister/mother during the sleeping event and they seem to always wake up on the sleep side of things though. On the not knowing, late game you can give Amnesia Serum which erases memory after it wears off and the character will be surprised they are pregnant. Could probably combine the two if you were savvy enough to manage it but it might take awhile to set up.

In the Long Live the Princess VN after you complete the game with all stats and abilities unlocked you can do NG+ thru time rewind, and perform special night creep activity of scooping up inside you know where to sister +2 other girls. In the end screen you would get special text flavour where all 3 are shocked to be pregnant even tho they didn't have sex (you also gotta not sleep with em thru normal means for them be unaware of the deed).

The Matriarch. Thread's annotation: "The Matriarch puts you in the shoes of a dancer at a club famous for having pregnant staff. The gameplay loop is simple, promote the club and provide dances when someone requests one!". But the graphics (in the screenshots) are so exaggerated that I don't really feel like downloading and running it.
Exactly, yesterday I read the description, got excited, than looked at the previews and got repelled completely by the body proportions which are super-overblown to the point of grotesque to say mildly.
Love & Sex: Second base is still probably the best game for this

I've started that game a handful of times but never got too far into it. I don't feel like there's great direction as to what you're supposed to do and end up feeling like I'm just cycling through the days without much happening.
As for others, can I presume you're familiar with Summertime Sage, probably the most popular game in the genre? Its probably at the top of the list in this.
After that, Corrupted Kingdoms has quite a bit too, but its an odd one, as the dev went in a really weird direction with the story and then after years of very regular updates has slowed way down. But once you dig into it, there's a lot of really good stuff in this and other regards in the first half that's there before it gets weird.
I haven't finished Shattered Minds, but there's a lot in it as well.
Porn Empire is a very different game where you run a porn studio, but if you're persistent about it, you can knock up a limitless amount of different women and have sex scenes with each of them while they're pregnant. So far, its the only one I've found that features a character generator for that.
I wanted to like Summertime Saga, but I kinda hate the art style and it seems like the majority of women you can knock up are just ugly old ladies. I guess it's just not for me. Love and Sex Second base is great but honestly you might as well just use a walkthrough, the triggers for events are so annoying. i definitely recommend cheating for money and stats, because it will still take forever to romance every girl.
Well, we all have our preferences! I like both the art style of Summertime, and as a middle aged guy myself, I don't consider them ugly or old ladies, lol! I do absolutely agree that trying to figure out the triggers with Love and Second base is frustrating. I'm definately someone who prefers when the path with each love interest is more of a "next do this" kind of thing while you have the freedom to bounce around to whatever order you like, sandbox style.
I like the women, but I'm a fan of milfs. My issue with the art style is the protagonist is so unbelievably UGLY. Maybe it's just me, but the protagonist is so repulsive I just can't justify playing it, anytime he appears I just get so out of whatever is going on...

You might enjoy S.H.E.L.T.E.R. It's a Post Apoc game with a lot of women to impregnate. Has moral decisions to make but is way more straightforward than Love and Sex: Second Base. Not as much content but there is quite a bit.
Harasim is already on the list. It's really great but hasn't been updated in 4 years and I'm not sure it is planned to ever be again.
I'm a huge impregnation fan.
MoR 0.8.4.3 - I definitely don't recommend this for impregnation fans. It's a well made game etc but it is not impregnation focused. You basically fill a girl up with semen and chances are she'll be pregnant the next day. 0 interaction/signifiance of pregnancy. 0 pregnancy talk. In general, I find the game itself is lacking in sex content. It's moreso a nice adult RPG than a sex game.
Lab Rats 2 Reformulate Mod is my favorite at the moment. It's sandbox with multiple random women attributes being created (different sexual preferences etc) per female. There are instances where a girl would ask you to take off your condom before ejaculation just so you can knock her up, there are instances where a girl might have a breeding fetish and ask you to knock her up on the regular, there's a mini story where an employee's husband is infertile and she becomes your breeding stock, there's a Love Interest who has a culture centred around no-condom sex and children, Jwright989 there is the possibility of banging your mum/sister while they're asleep and knocking them up in their sleep (I found high sluttiness and preference for vaginal helps here since they're 'so accustomed' to it). Honestly the game has a lot of focus on impregnation. The best way to play the game is to impregnate women because one of your most vital currencies is 'clarity' and the best way to maximize clarity is via creampies.
X-Change Life (Kokopelli's Servant Mod) would be a close second. Unfortunately I don't care for transformation/gender swap etc etc but funnily enough, the bar girl system in the game is very nice for straight male impregnation lovers. In the base game, you have to pray the girl doesn't take birth control but with the Kokopelli mod you can manipulate their birth control and you can be knocking up a dozen/2 dozen women on the regular. Unfortunately the system itself is still very minimal since the game focuses more on any and all content other than straight male playthrough. And also unfortunately, the Kokopelli mod creator seems to be pushing the mod in a 'sissy' direction, but we should respect their creative directions. Thankfully the cheat menu is only a click away to undo all the forced sissification the game tries to push on you. I think a standalone game with the bar girl concept that focused entirely on just picking up girls at the bar and knocking them up would be super awesome.
edit: Agree with guyman1337 regarding Summertime and Love/Sex. Summertime Art art and character designs take away from my playing experience. Honestly if the game was Honey Select or AI art I'd probably enjoy it more but that's just my preference.
Love/Sex is pretty awesome but the event triggers are horrendous and I feel there isn't really any "impregnation talk". You just get the option to go condomless once a girl is ok with getting pregnant. I don't remember the love interests changing their dialogue after they're pregnant either.
Summertime Fans would probably like Taffy Tales I think. I get similar vibes from the game
