Being stuck on "now loading" is because some files are named in Japanese. You need to extract the game by changing the encoding to Japanese (ctrl + e using winRAR).

I also can't figure out the code. Do the 4 digits correspond somehow to the other 4 identical portraits scattered around the mansion? But none of them have any interactable text or visible numbers on them... idk...
