I replayed it, and I got a different problem. Instead of the untranslated text popping up and nothing happening, instead the scene doubled itself and replayed to the point Ruma grabs Joff's arm before he runs out to Mira a second time (in the bottom left, 210 "pages" total) then it skips to the next morning scene with nothing else happening.

Yup it was the csv, update to latest and its fixed. Thanks for reporting and let me know if you find any others. A screenshot of the text in the scene with the issue should be enough.
