That scene is just the girl's fantasy, it doesnt actually happen and she is not even the MC's love interest. But either way good riddance. I've never seen so many supposed "Grown Men" cry about porn of fictional characters. Most people dont like netorare or netorase cause they self insert as the MC but in this VN your arent the MC you are just watching his twisted love story with a female vampire. They're are some dialogue choices but I havent noticed a difference no matter which ones you choose. The only thing that sucks about this VN is the "for the plot" romance garbage.

Dev I gotta be honest it would've been a thousand times better if that Creature guy actually got to bite the female vampire. Then you would have the most badass antagonist that requires them to all work together to beat. Right now that character is not believable and kind of underwhelming. Even if he does become extremely powerful from her blood im sure they could find a way to kill him eventually.
