i dont care if it exists as long as i can avoid it thats why i ask dev hasnt really answered though besides a vague sayinfg some scenes will be skippable/avoidable though so i get the feeling there will be plenty for you
lesbian (without mc) will not be abundant and either avoidable, or skippable. You may see things leading up to the act, itself, but the act will be skippable if u don't want to see. also threesomes wont be abundant either, as much as they are in Ravenous (if you've played that, not sure but there's quite a bit)

This looks like it could be good. I like your planned tags. I was going to suggest almost all of them. I would say vaginal sex, creampie, harem should probably be first. Just in my opinion. Models look good. Keep them all. Good luck on this game.
Funny game, good models, hopefully the dev will keep the no-loli-hebe content going because he has a tendency to prioritize tiny teens wich is not my preference
havnt played Ravenous i am fairly extreme on my distaste of lesbian/girl on girl in any for including in group scenes and assuming by skippable you mean that whether i see the scene or not it is still cannon that it happened in the story if so so for me any girl on girl in any form is a dealbreaker if it isnt avoidable meaning i can prevent it from actually happening in my playthrough.

So I just finished the first release. I can honestly say it was better than I thought it would be for a first release. What I said on the planned tags in my post above hasn't changed, but "vaginal sex," "creampie," "harem," and "pregnancy" should be the next tags added in my opinion. I did notice a few things UI-wise: the type could be a little bigger and darker. A color option could also be beneficial; however, it would not be a game-changer. If not, some of the text box placement and size should be adjusted slightly, as illustrated below. Storywise, for the first release, I like where it's going and how it started out. All the models are fine; I wouldn't change anything with the current ones.

I really like the writing in this game, genuinely good pacing and quality, but I feel like it would be better if the main guy didn't get all the fat sucked out of him along with the blood lol. It feels too sudden and like cutting away a burden without any consequences.

Anyways i gotta agree, this game is much better than Ravenous.
But losing all that weight in one scene don't feel right. Shoulda have a getting in shape montage across a few chapters instead. It at least makes the MC a more relatable character.

But how does that make sense? He is a fat unattractive loser who not nice to the people who actually like him and is picked on by everyone else. Then I am supposed to believe that AFTER he becomes handsome and all powerful he then becomes a nice guy? Yeah no. Thats not how character arcs are supposed to work. I get it, porn game. But still, never in the history of the world has the personal arc worked that way.
It's kinda realistic if you think about it. Unattractive people that were picked on most of their lives because of it (inferred in the story) tend to have rock bottom self-esteem and trust no one (which people that don't know them interpret as just another antisocial asshole). As far as the 180, it's plausible that the changes weren't just physical but mental as well but I've never heard of anyone being half-turned by a vampire so can't ask them. Even if it wasn't because of that take an ugly guy and turn him into Adonis with superpowers over night and there would be some attitude changes regardless, whether they'd be that drastic or how much it would explode their ego is debatable.
I knew some 15-16yo's with beards like that. They were also 6'-6'5" and were also the go-to people to buy our party booze since they were never carded when buying from out of town where no one knew them. It's all about when the hormones kick in, some happen earlier than others.
