Nope, should have an update at the end of this month (really just a "refresh" fixing some problematic old code and streamlining extraneous parts, but will require a restart for future content). Should have another update with new content by the end of June.
If you want to play with just the husband's POV and play the "faithful" route, you can do so and there will be some content. There are numerous NSFW scenes just involving the husband and wife. Not sure whether it will give you what you are looking for though, since it's not much of a challenge. They are a married couple with an active sex life.
So if I pick the second option here (from the previews in the OP), can I play this as more or less a single protagonist game? I'd prefer to play as only the husband (or only the wife, had that been an option) without the other half of the sketch getting up to shenanigans, but not sure to what extent that preference is catered to.
It seems (again from the previews) like the main focus is on the wife fucking around, with the husband described (by her) as an under-endowed and insecure loser. That's all cool if that's what the game is going for, ofc.
If the save is giving errors, your best bet is to start over. It might not be necessary to start over every time, but it may be in some cases.

The swinging option was not removed from the game, but you may not have triggered it. (You just have to watch the Group porn at least one time before the conversation with the wife.)
You'd think someone who gets 20 orgasms in each session would be less inclined to complain about quality of sex with their partner.

Thank you for the feedback. Some of this will even out as development continues. But I am continuing to work on some of the trigger times. I am trying to create the right balance so that it is triggering too fast (game-time) but not taking too long (play-time).
You have to do some more research on your laptop. Once you have researched some of the subjects a few times, you will get the conversation option in bed at night. (Talk to her before she goes to sleep)
