VN - Ren'Py - Inanna Revenge [Ep.2] [AtemX Games]

I definitely recommend this one; it's a high-quality game with an interesting setup. The heroines are cute and wholesome, at least if you choose to be selfless. I couldn't bring myself to do the asshole route, so most of my point of view is going to be from the selfless route. The MC himself isn't anything special; he's kind of just the generic isekai dude obviously intended for self-insert, but that's fine, as I think the main draw is the characters that you, as the MC, interact with. I'm also interested to see where the dev goes with the whole goddess and revenge plot.

I believe the game uses HS2, and it's pretty high up there in quality among the HS2-based games. The scenes are also well done and hot, which is important to many people, so that's good. The scenes have good sound design, but the sounds go even past the H-scenes. I'm of the opinion that sound design, especially for AVNs, is a craft that is severely neglected by most developers, which is a shame because putting the effort into it can improve your game by several times all on its own, as can be seen in this game. Ranging from ambiance like chirping birds in the forest and patrons mingling in a crowded tavern to actual sound effects as a direct result of the characters' actions, like stirring a pot or casting a spell, I just wanted to say the effort is appreciated and noticed on that front.

There are some other things of note, like there is some gameplay, a turn-based combat system, which is alright. It doesn't particularly stand out for me so far since we're in the really early game and the fights are trivial. There is also swinging/sharing, which I'm not particularly into, especially with wholesome characters like this, but the good thing is that it's optional and obviously indicated, so it's impossible to accidentally stumble upon them. After the first choice, the game offers you the option outright to completely disable them from even being offered to you. They aren't really, forgive me for saying the taboo word, "NTR" scenes so much as the MC is using his slaves' bodies to help him achieve his goals, which is why I think it fits much more on the pragmatic route rather than the selfless one, regardless of the reasoning the MC may give. One last thing is that the menu that shows all the girls in the game kind of worries me by the amount of girls it shows. I'm hoping most of them are minor characters and not intended to be heroines, as there are quite a lot of them if they're all intended to be part of the core cast, so hopefully the developer doesn't bite off more than they can chew.

I have virtually no complaints about this one, it's solid as can be, the first episode is very long, the dev has a proven track record, the story is good, the sex scenes are top shelf, the characters are well written and world is interesting. Definitely worth 5 stars.

Chapter 1 of this VN was incredible, there is a lot of content for the first release of a new game which is surprising, and every moment of it was great.

I am huge fan of the Isekai genre, I always have been, and the setup for this felt just like any other good Isekai LN but, when you actually get into it, the story so far is very good. The characters are also great, the renders look great, the music is great, the voices are great, and the animations are very well done.

For me, my favorite characters so far are probably Sylvie and Carmen - I like the catgirl as well but, we just met it so we need to learn more about her. I also like that both paths (pragmatic and selfless) both feel different to play but you also don't feel punished for making certain decisions. The RPG mechanics as well don't feel cumbersome, they actually felt like a nice break in between the scenes, similar to Sengoku Rance.

I have nothing but praise for this VN, and when Chapter 2 comes out in June I will be there!

Episode 1 of Inanna Revenge . The story is gripping, the characters are beautifully crafted, and the animations are top-tier. I appreciated the balance between storytelling and erotic content—nothing felt forced or out of place. The choice system adds depth, and the combat was surprisingly fun for a VN. This is one of the most polished and promising debuts I’ve played. Highly recommended for any adult VN fan. 5/5!

I really like this type of game, I didn't even notice the time passing while playing it.

The quality of HS is average, but with a good story and charismatic characters it's easy to ignore that.

We don't have a choice when it comes to accepting slaves, but we do have when it comes to how we want to treat them, I didn't explore the options, I would never treat such adorable characters badly, but there are options.

There is a combat minigame, I usually don't like minigames in visual novels, but I like this minigame in particular, I've seen this type of combat minigame in some other VNs I like, so it was easy to accept, but I hope the dev doesn't add other types of minigames.

My only criticism is about the protagonist attire, he looks like a clown, I would prefer if he dressed normal, but ignoring that it's a really good game, I considered removing a star due to the protagonist's attire, but all the other reviews are five stars, I would feel really bad if I ruined that.

A very cool story. Well written, and most importantly, not overly loaded with text like many VNs do which leads me to skip some yapping. This one I was properly engaged.
And then adorable and sexy LIs with very hot animated scenes.
A very big amount of content for a first release.

Overall, a very welcoming breath of fresh air, knowing the kind of tactics a big part of the VN industry is taking lately when they start getting popular.
I am very excited for the future of this one.

Good story and good sex scenes is very rare so bravo! I like the mix of characters and the decisions you can make along the way too. Looking forward to future episodes and more characters. Would love to see a free roaming section where you can level up your hero and skills.

For a version 0.1 this game is amazing

NTR is really optional, some of this pervy games have "optional" in a way that game skip to the future not showing you, but implying that you got cucked, here its fine

However there is a bit of issue with Pragmatism/Selflessness
you are often saying mean things for pragmatism score and overall
there is rarely ACT and often what you say gives you the score

Game imply choices, but only in dialogues, you are doing heroic things in both cases, you can just be rude about it

Character models - are fine, main character looks ugly and early scenes make him look stupid with clipping clothing
Other characters looks good
Animations are great

Sexual scenes have sound effects, camera work, animations change of positions and yet you can't decide how sex go or when and where it ends
NTR content is for garbage people who have humiliation fetish, they prob like this comment, anyways didn't tried this

Game have 1 moment of opening up where you can chose where to go, this might be promissing in the future for less rail-roady progression

Mobile port have very small icons and text despite being big enough don't have buttons background

Game have actual gameplay in form of Combat, but on easy its not big problem, i m glad there is easy option version 0.1 with gameplay challenge could be frustrating xD

The game is relatively linear (which is not at all a bad thing for a game like this), but the decision points will influence where you fall on a scale from pragmatism to selflessness, which can have an effect on the story.

Just awesome. The models are gorgeous, the animations are crisp, and even for one episode, there's lots of content so far. Just beautiful so far. I can tell this is a passion project just by the art alone.

Man, I love the story so far. It's actually a pretty unique story so far, neat background, just well thought out so far. I am sure there are going to be plenty of plot twists coming, since this is just one episode so far, but it's still a VN that I actually am bothering to read and not skip through. And the dialogue is on point. The characters have their own unique personalities, and the spelling and grammar is very good. A+!

Gameplay/UI - 5/5

So one thing I like about this VN is it doesn't harp horribly hard on your choices. As far as I can tell, it seems to be only dialogue based (though that could change; who knows?), but I've only tried one "path" so far (only gotten points for one route, essentially) so I could be wrong. The game has an inventory system and a quest journal that hasn't been utilized much yet, so that may get built into the story further along. We'll see. Either way, simplistic UI and gameplay, but in a good way.

All-in-all, such a great game for being only the first episode. I was bummed when it came to an end. But I haven't tried AlwaysFans yet, so that's next!

So much content for just chapter 1 is actually crazy.

When I started downloading it I half expected to have 30-40 mins of content max and that the game size is probably the dev not compressing the images. I took over 4 hours to finish the first chapter ( I know I am not the fastest ).

The character models are really impressive, the story's flow is just chef's kiss.

Definitely deserves all the unanimous rating this game has received

The universal praise is justified. This is probably the best first release of a game this site has ever seen. Loads of content, a really compelling choice system, actually fun combat that doesn't overstay its welcome.

There are games that have chugged along for 4 years with less to show for it than this game has. An honest to god triumph. Cannot wait to see what comes next.

This Dev is Up for a really great start with his Game so Far .
Its not Often you will find something like this on this Page because
everything is adding up so nicely togather .
The Story the Charcters the world you are in and even The Godesses you might meet are very well put togather.
There was nothing that felt rushed or out of place its the opposide to be true. This Game could become the Best i have ever Played and i played many Games of this Genre . In Terms of Quality i would Rate it Higher then Desert Stalker and that Game is Really Good so i hope if the Dev of DS will ever read this he can still be sure i Love his Game hihi.

I cant Wait for the Next Episode

This is probably the first 5 star review I've ever given. This is because normally I am not a fan of this graphical model engine. Yet this developer has spent time to make both the female and male MC model (and his dick) look really nice.

The story is of course an Isekai but it's done in taste with an actual world building and no immersion breaking computer game menus and such. The game always has the MC gathering up slaves, not non-con just as a part of this world.

My only wish is that one of the future slave/party members is a large muscular/buxom one for variety like a minotaur, orc, etc.

Just wanted to say how impressive this game is. There's so much content (hard to believe this is just episode 1), and it's all so very well written and presented! There's a huge variety, too, from normal visual novel stuff to . The dev has really allowed for a surprising amount of roleplaying, with different resources to manage and various ways to solve problems . The spicy scenes are perfect: the story/spice ratio is exactly what I'd want it to be, the models are incredibly sexy, the sounds add a very important dimension that I hope all other devs learn from and try to include in their works, the animations are buttery smooth (and the loops! my god.), and the dialogue really changes in satisfying ways based on the player's choices that set mental/relationship stats. I really liked AlwaysFan, but it feels like this is on a whole other level. Keep up the great work, AtemX!

This one, is a good one. The models for the ladies look great, the animations are stellar as well. The plot is decent. It doesn't do anything new, but isn't written poorly. It's a serviceable plot that doesn't detract from the game. I do find it fun to look and see what the inspirations for the various settings are. For instance, a race of elves that grew incredibly numerous and powerful, gradually becoming more and more depraved until a cataclysm occurred that nearly destroyed them? Slaanesh and the Eldar would like to file a DMCA upon thineself, dev. Went with the Goblin Slayer type goblins, too, with what Carmen told us in her backstory. I'm pretty sure there was another I noticed, but it's not coming to mind.

Back to the review, the characters are written decently well, no real complaints, though when the dev wants to make a character obviously evil, he makes them OBVIOUSLY EVIL. They're downright cartoonish. The dialogue choices could use some work, too. They are almost all a choice between being a prick or being a good guy, except for a few such as stopping Carmen or not that one time. I did like that the "stop Carmen" choice made it clear not every "selfless" choice is the best to make, but many of the other choices, again, it's either "selfless," or "talk like an utter bastard." Could use some cleaning up in that regard, or adding in a "neutral" dialogue option.

The gallery was nice and convenient to access in-game, though it could use an option in the main menu. This is a minor nitpick as it takes mere seconds to load a save and then go to the character menu, but it could smooth things out, especially since I figure as the episodes come out, more sex scenes will rely on taking certain routes, and being a certain level of "selfless" or "pragmatic." A main menu gallery could be the "global" gallery.

Gameplay seems alright, it's mostly a VN, with some other elements such as a backpack (inventory), a journal, and the relationship menu. There is a section where you can navigate a map for a quest, choosing destinations. And your total money is tracked in your backpack. So I assume he's intending on expanding the gameplay elements in later episodes, perhaps giving more free roam. It'll most certainly still be fairly linear, and that's probably for the best, as lots of these games fail because of the dev getting too ambitious, but more of what I've seen would be quite lovely. There is a fast travel stone that's shown at the end, teasing we can return to previous locations, though I don't know if that's a plot device, or a future gameplay device which we can use at will. Time will tell.

The NTS stuff, was pretty good, though it's limited for now. Understandably since it's not the main focus. And the NTS choices are clearly marked, and you're able to choose between ordering her to do it, or asking her if she's okay with doing it. All in all, it's unobtrusive and easy to avoid for the people who dislike it. I do like NTS, but it's always nice to see a dev that doesn't force things down someone's throat unexpectedly. Not sure if he'll add NTR, or not, though it'd be pretty easy to implement in a world like this one. From the vibes though, I get the feeling it'll be NTS or bust with the dev, unless he caves to pressure. Either way, just make sure it's all optional and avoidable, be it NTS or NTR, and no one should have any reason to complain. I do hope for more NTS, as a fan of it!

But now, I must talk of the one true negative... the MC's style. I nearly bust out laughing when he showed up with a TOP HAT. We're really going with that as his outfit?! Truly?!

Aside from that, as a side note, I half wondered if this was the same universe as Harem Hotel, the elves are treated just about the exact same, though the technology is different.

But yeah, this is a good game, looking forward to future updates and episodes!

The developer made an excellent Harem VN, AlwaysFan. However, the Netorase content in AlwaysFan felt tacked on and lackluster to me. As by Episode 1 of Inanna Revenge, the developer seems to have learned from that. The VN features Maledom Netorase that ties in to the story seamlessly (and is avoidable yaddayadda...). Otherwise, we can expect an awesome maledom harem adventure. Looking forward to future updates on this. Well done!

I believe its very well made VN and if it continue with the same quality it can become one of the best fantasy honey select VN
Basicaly this Vn have fights/Elves/Catgirls/sword and magic ellements/goddesses/ harem/romance .... it have it all
I liked the story and the world building is amazing so far, the visuals are great and the soundtrack is also quite good.
MC is very good and basically you can play the good guy or the bad guy with your choices
The lis are all beautiful and interesting so far and personally i loved Sylvia (she is the only forced LI but also the Main LI, she is a elf/slave(trained sex slave but shie is virgin before MC)/druid/ and moreover she is a a kind and beautiful girl)
Except Sylvia i also liked Cindy and Selene so in future im gonna add them to Harem.
Albeit you are forced for the story to take Kayane for second Slave but you dont have any forced sex scenes with her ,she is quite nice but sylvia are much better in my opinion
(and personaly i would prefer any future sex scenes with her to be optional)

Now about NTS .....
Its completely optional and its not that the MC is pervert and have thoughts about Netorase....
it exists because the world of Nazdranya is a cruel world full of slaves..
and some masters order their slaves to sleep with other people for material benefits...
So in the game you can leave it optional or with your choices disable it Permanently
At first you have the choice to let a guard take advantages of Sylvia (nts choice)
or
tell him to stop (of course told him to stop)
Then the second choice is for a quest you have to take some information from a blacksmith you can
either pay him full money (of course i chose this)
or
Let him have fun with sylvia for 10min (Nts choice)
IF you dont allow him to have Sylvia
then sylvia explains to you that In this world many master allow slave to sleep with other people so they can benefit from it
then
you can tell her that this is stupid and you hate it and you can reassure her that you will NEVER order her /allow her to sleep with other men and she can forget about this stupid custom (this permanently disable NTS content and of course i chose this)
or
tell her perhaps in the future you will allow it who knows... it will leave NTS content optional in the story.

Even though i will never play any nts content and i personally hate it i understand how in the world of VN exists and perhaps how a completely unfeeling / materialistic / Pragmatic MC would allow NTS with his slaves.... (if you see Sylvia as only a slave and not as a LI)... so yea it exists but its optional and you can disable it without playing so its fine.

Nonetheless i loved the VN so far its very good and im gonna keep it bookmarked and wait for future updates.

The game story was good, you can feel attachment to the characters easily and the plot was interesting throughout the first episode. Anyone who likes isekai fantasy will love playing it with a slave harem.
The girls have good backstory and are added with the good renders and animation.
