idk but i already have max affection around day 40. i aslo try talking, gifting and skip a few days to see if any interaction appear but none works out

Oh, you already have all the affection scenes, you're missing the Bathroom Peeping scene without Aphrodisiacs (Turn it off in the bathtub area)

can i propose to the three girls in one save or do i have to do 3 different save file and propose to each one? who is marjorina and how to activate the quest
You can propose to all 3 in the same file and Marjorina is a new character. Idk whats the condition for her to show up but she was suddenly in the town district for me and it showed a quest. After you give her food she will sell stuff. Right now she only sells Vow rings tho which you cant buy anymore if you already married the 3. Supposedly she is selling other items in later patches tho.
Just buy it from the fisherman dude. It is called a Porgy there, you know how the translation is pretty rough. I just bought a lot of fish from him until the quest updated and checked what fish it showed on the cutscene. I didnt think of googling a different name for Porgy...

Is it better to start over on a new save or can you continue from previous version save? feel like with all the new stuff it got a bit confusing on progression.
I think it is possible to continue. But it seems that some main quests have been changed/improved, so they may be reseted and therefore need to be completed again (for example, shrine is again out of order).

Yeah that's what threw me off! Seeing the shrine quest reset completely made me doubt my save file.
