Sweet Affection Neighbor lady and her daughter are a packaged deal. Same with your mom and sister. All other girls (unless changed since last played) are solo. Each path is a separate story. Meaning if MC gets his first BJ from one story path, it will also be his "first" on the next girl's path.

Just remembered in the Game Oh Daddy there is a scene where the family members see a father and daughter on the beach having sex and overhear them talking about it. Also its mentioned that your daughters friend has sex with her father on the regular so there is that as well.
A bit darker is the game Midlife Crisis where one of the MC's LI's is a young(18+)girl who was being sexually abused by her Mother and Step-father and at one point....well actually I will stop there cause spoilers
