A Family Venture by @WillTylor seems to fit with what you want, at least it will in the future. One of the early choices in the game is a friend at school asking you to share your mother. You can say yes and go down that path or say no and keep her yourself. The results of this choice are not yet in the game so I can't say how NTR it will be but since it's a voluntary choice I'm hoping it's more along the lines of what you want.

In My New Life you have one scene when your step sister Amy comes to you at night horny as fuck while you are playing games with a friend and you can choose to share her or not, but it's just one scene in the late game so I wouldn't recomend you to play it just for that, to make thing worst, My New Life is in RPGM

Being such a specific niche might want to check out VNDB, check through their tags to find what you are looking for. A lot of the incest games usually have some "sharing" for a couple scenes, unsure if you have choice though.
