I can tell you now that while i've got my dick in my hand my thoughts are not "I just can't believe she would rent these rooms out, it's killing my erection".It's a problem when the whole premise is ridiculous. We don't play these games for the intellectual stimulation, but we do require a semblance of sticking to reality to get us into the fapping frame of mind.
That is, arguably, one of the more ridiculous statements i've seen on this forum.

The Text/story is obviously altered, which can be a bit irritating. will this get a patch I wonder? Change to Aunt and cousins, or for those that want it,the Incest route.

Thanks for the short summary!Ohmymy, this is suprisingly good for a starter, seriously. It starts with a supercool logo, which is perferctly irrelevant to the game obviously, but i kinda noticed it
If you are into character developement and conversation you gonna love this! This promises a plot heavy story because the game is albeit short but we already have a rather looong conversation with our landlady here and we can see not just ours but her thoughts as well.. which is something that some hate but i personally love because it makes me know the characters much more.
Her personality for example seems to be rather complex, which is a huuuge plus! I cannot express enough how welcoming is to see an actual personality that show signs of merits and flaws. We learn rather lot about her and the relation between her and our mom already simply through her inner monologues. And we see lots of expressions from her as well, throughout the conversation her feelings are visible through several different renders of her.
Otherwise the premise is, yes, brings in the cliches as well. This used to be a family setup, with mom and two sisters but now we have a woman with two tenants, one is the "younger sister" who is cute and an "older sister" who hates us. But i'm not entirelly honest because in fact its tweaked a little, another welcoming change. The younger one is teasing us in a charming way while the older one didn't actually like that we were gawking at her tits and reacts accordingly but don't actually hates us. Just a bad first impression. So the Dev actually does a very nice job presenting believable personalities and setup.
We can see the landlady masturbate, well, the animation is.. a bit wonky. Something seems off with those titties. You have two option to replay the loop in short and longer versions (loop x2, loopx4) instead of just setting it to endless loop that can be stopped by a click... clancky, but ohwell.
Overall, this just seems to be your run-of-the-mill incest setup with the mom and 2 sisters. But is better than that. More akin to My Sweet Neighbours, Parental Love. With lots of build up (i expect to see), real character developement with actual plots.
It should become a policy/rule that every single 0.1 version of a game comes with a mandatory game length in the OP.
I'm sick of seeing a "new" game every 2 days that has 5 minutes of content that i've already played in every 0.1 version before it.
1. Mandatory peeping scene
2. Mandatory set up/exposition
3. Cliffhanger ending that implies the 0.2 version will have some interesting lewd scenes (they never do).
So until I see the demos duration in the OP, i'm gonna avoid every 0.1 version from now on. Shit is just getting tiresome as most of these games never leave the 0.1 stage anyway and they always start off in the exact same manner to the point that if you've played one 0.1 "Incest/Milf" game, you've played them all.
EDIT - Yep, finished it and it's a hard avoid from me. Not even 5 minutes of content with the generic peeping scenes that I already expected. Absolutely pathetic.

Sigh! I appreciate that for some all you need is a well rendered female image to get you off, but for some of us we do enjoy a well written story to get into. Yes we do have to believe the absurd sometimes in a game but when the whole story is an exercise in absurdities I cant stop laughing long enough to get an erection.

He is desperate about something else while focusing on finishing the university that he is about to enter.Since it's a very rare exception that a game comes up with a unique story I don't really care that much anymore. What's important for a first impression is the quality of the renders and the ui which are pretty good. They can come up with a twist later. However this first release is quite short, not more than 5 minutes of gameplay. For now I expect this to be another nice little fap game and not the next Great Gatsby but with porn in it
i've read the description several times now and it still implies (to me) that he's focused on finishing university, yet he's still a freshman. The protagonist is so ambitious...Not desperate about finishing university, that he is just starting

He isn't a freshman, he just moved to another city and about to take up class in a different one. At least that my understanding on the situation.
OR
He is trying to get into a University but he can't afford the rent in the city where the University is located and by "desperate" the dev means he wants really bad to get into university.
I don't see why a freshman can't be focused on finishing the school. It doesn't mean he is about to finish, it means he is committed to finish it.

I haven't tried this game yet, but I have to say, if it has plumbers showing up on time, that's a deal breaker for me.
