A week ago I installed this game and unlocked the gallery to check the amount of content it was added.
Last time I played this was around 4 years ago.
Dev didn't failed tho, he kept milking those poor souls and you'll have a better chance at finding a dragon egg than a sex scene in this game.

yes on 1st not sure about 2nd yet.
mc has gotten his dick wetted, by train bimbo, aiko few times, mechanic girl, and some others (like milfs and corpses and trans) but not "cousins".

How did this game end up in the end? This was the first game I ever played where I actually downloaded the game. I loved the creepiness of it at the time. The two cousins and aunt are hot, also loved how you could be a nasty ass if you wanted. Never understood the whole blackmail to have sex with the cousin though. Seemed silly to me.
This was one of my favorites. I like Kate alot and Monicque or whatever her name is. But you never get anywhere with them, its a huge tease. 'm not into tranny stuff so barley any real good content. Basically blue balls.

hasn't ended yet, no sex with mon (only bj), sex with kate (other "cousin") but that's bad path and also sex with "auntie".
A tale of a once promising adult game creator who had one of the most popular VNs on F95 who decided midway to turn it into a confusing mess of a sandbox that went nowhere, and the game became a complete dumpster fire with a plummeting overall score.
Only other one that comes to mind is Stranded Dick which brought us right to the point of consummating with MC's "landlady" and NTR got thrown into the mix when MC's Dad shows up on the Island and cucks the MC and the game creator blueballed the long suffering fans.
God I love this site.
